Adopting the DA52 specialized CNC bending machine system from Delem in the Netherlands and the electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve from BOSCH in Germany, the system runs stably and is produced with high precision. The closed-loop control system composed of a CNC grating ruler, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve, and an electronic amplifier for valves accurately detects and controls the relative position and synchronization accuracy between the slider and the worktable, ensuring the synchronous operation of the slider and guaranteeing the bending depth and angle.
2. The overall steel plate welding structure has a thick frame, high rigidity, and strong shock absorption;
The mechanical structure of this machine tool mainly consists of a frame, worktable, slider, main oil cylinder, and rear stopper. A perfect design and manufacturing process can effectively ensure the manufacturing and usage accuracy of machine tools.
The manufacturing process flow of the main structural components (with process inspection interspersed):
Sheet material storage → physical and chemical inspection → sheet material pretreatment (grinding and rust removal) → CNC flame cutting and cutting → cutting and processing of various welding joint surfaces → solder mask → gas shielded welding → vibration aging treatment → mechanical processing procedures such as large floor boring and milling machines → assembly of finished products;

5. The main components of the machine tool, such as the frame, slider, and worktable, are all precision machined using a large CNC floor boring and milling machine, ensuring the geometric accuracy requirements of the host;
6. The machine tool guide rail adopts advanced self-lubricating materials, which do not require regular lubrication and maintenance;
7. The design rigidity of the worktable, column, crossbeam, and slider is high, and the deformation of the worktable and slider is small during bending. The workpiece has good straightness and angular consistency;
8. The slider has a pressure holding delay function at the bottom dead center to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.
9. Adopting a dual cylinder structure, the electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve synchronizes (Y1, Y2). The electro-hydraulic proportional servo system is a position control system with strong anti offset cutting ability of the machine tool. It can dynamically detect the position error of the slider through a grating, and the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controls the movement speed of the two oil cylinders separately to correct the synchronization error of the slider;
